We Have Yoga!

Come join us Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm.


Taught by Lynne Stevens, MA, LLP, CETII, RYT


The first class is free, then $10 suggested donation.

"As a mental health therapist, I find myself continually encouraging people to practice yoga, as it directly counters the daily stress and tension we accumulate, so I decided to become a certified teacher.  My classes are designed to assist people in letting go of physical and emotional stress, connecting the mind to the body, and cultivating balance and inner peace.  Mother Theresa spoke these words: "We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness.  God is the friend of silence...we need silence to be able to touch souls". - Lynne Stevens
